E xplained the difference between regular CT Scan and HRCT Scan well and which to order for what looking for. What I wonder is if HRCT scan should be done annually to compare to previous HRCTs. My Pulmonologist told me next yr he will only have PFT done to see re progression of IPF. I think a HRCT should also be done. 74 yrs old, female, no oxygen or anti-fibrotic yet. Diagnosed May, 2018.
