    DEBORAH KELSTROM, RN

Excellent explanation! I would appreciate, (with all the other 'as you may remember's), a refresher on how the insulin and the glucose interact before entering the mitochondria. You did a great job specifying the job of the insulin was to stop the fatty acids from entering the Krebs cycle, but I'm still unclear on how glucose fits into the entire pathophysiology. I'm sure its in one of your other lectures. Oh, and thanks for the tip to go to the other lecture for the Anion Gap info! On my way now!
