    Overall I thought it was well explained, easy to follow with some info I didn't know. - hemodynamics with a case study feel of what to do if.... would be really helpful. Particularly in complex cases like cardiogenic shock/obstructive shock by themselves or overlapped with septic shock for instance. Thanks!
