    Just got a little confusing.

    KAREN SMIGRODZKI

    Great course

    CHRIS ALSOP, Paramedic

    MURRAY WEST, MD

The topics of preload and afterload are complicated but very important. Usually, these lectures serve to simplify the concepts by cutting to the core issues. I felt these two talks were more rushed than usual, with not enough time given to important discussion. Slowing down a bit would help. I also wonder if each topic would be better served by having more than 13 minutes for each as well as not trying to get so much written material/diagrams on each page as the lines flow became confusing. Obviously the lecturer is outstanding but a slight redesign of presentation would be helpful to those of us who are, perhaps, not quite so astute as he:)

    JOHN HOYLE MD

    Well done.
