HI there, so this seems a little out dated. You only mentioned Coumadin, but what about Eliquis, Xarelto and Pradaxa?? These have been out for some time. Also, you did not mention mitral clip? Overall, it was great. If you update a little healthcare workers would really be up to date. Linda
