Really simply presented and with the narrator's own mnemonics which is great. I remember things when I can remember being told-- and because it's personable I feel like I can pull it up better. (For example, I remember things I'm told on the job pretty well because there's a texture and context to the memory. With Med Cram lectures there's a similar texture and context because of the conversational tone and the perfectly imperfect graphics).
