So as a Family Physician what’s my role? Ask about vaping on every teenage, Adult less than 50 age visit focusing on the young males. Those athletic physical clearances would probably be the most opportune time. Consider Vaping in differential on respiratory/GI assoc visits. Puts me on the front line so hopefully specialist won’t see in critical care.

Really informative and useful. I follow adolescent patients with asthma and counsel them at visits about the risks of vaping and urge them not to accept offers to vape. A pt education/counseling script would be super helpful. Thanks for producing this series! I'll watch for your updates. 5 star rating. Nancy

Very clearly explains the updates and recent articles about lung injury associated with vaping (mostly THC but also nicotine). Also adds a small clarification on the possible interest of the tobacco industry on denigrating vaping as a "safe" form of accessing nicotine.
